Hi there. Hard to see all the details which would help me but this embroidery stencil (Gone with the Wind lady) was very popular in the very early 1940s.

I have also heard this type of embroidery design referred to as "Southern Belle". It is still popular today with embroiderers who enjoy retro designs. Very pretty!

I saw one of these design in South Carolina and that was 20 years ago. I do believe it is vintage.
