This fabulous label submission was donated by @Laurie McGregor. It is from her incredible 1950s Dior dress that she posted about in the Q&A forum. She has kindly given the VFG permission to use it for the label resource since we currently do not have one.

Adding in to an entry we already have, although the company name is different, or phrased differently on later labels. My research turns up "Pandora Knitting Co." The sewn in label says "by Pandora" and the pinned on size label (deadstock - whee!) says Pandora Wear, and then Pandora Knitting Co. I am dating this to the 1940s based on style of the sweater, ads from the era, and the style of the size label and placement, as well as lettering.

This is a Ceil Chapman label from a Spadea pattern, shared with me by the owner some years ago. She gave me permission to share it with the resource, I just kept forgetting to submit it. She didn't have the pattern anymore, but these labels were only available from 1957-1963, according to newspaper ads. It's a real rarity to find one!
