Oh aren't you cute! I love those sets just gorgeous!

Like Sue I am wearing a vintage bra! But you don't want to see that ( trust me on that) and I am cold so wearing a 60's hoodie sweater, you don't want to see that either!

nsweezie, you look outstanding in that red! That is a dynamite colour on you! Thanks for sharing. I like the peach (that is the colour that is coming across on my monitor) damask brocade outfit too.....very Springy!

Do many people in Norway wear vintage? Where I live in
Ontario, there is a fair amount worn in the bigger cities (i.e. Toronto), but smaller areas (my town), just don't get it (well, unless they are still into wearing 80s stuff, which I guess
IS vintage).

Sue:)

3. Great pics Weezie!! I agree with Sue...red is YOUR color! Keep the pics coming everyone.

Well, I was inspired by Anna and Weesie!

I wear vintage almost every day, and this winter, I've worn this cute black and blue tweed 50s jacket a lot:

Also, I love this cute 60s "Kodiak Pullover by Campus" acrylic pile top. I'm getting ready to walk the dog...

Alright! I want to see some more of you in your vintage, please.

"Today, Deb is wearing navy blue dress pants paired with a medium belt and nice gold buckle, and a navy ribbed short sleeve cotton tee. Perfect for comfort and style at the office. Completing the ensemble with a splash of color is a red white and blue vintage Vera scarf. When the temperatures drop, she can stay cuddly warm with a blue plaid blazer with burgundy stripes and navy corduroy collar".

Ok, I promise not to give up my day job. LOL.

And next we have Pauline coming down the runway on her knees, Wearing a 50's wool boulce dark red suit jacket with slits in the front and large satin twist covered buttons. Back is belted. A vintage pearl ( faux ) and rhinestone clasp bracelet adorns her wrist. ( Please everyone ignore the jeans this is usually worn with a pair of black slimming pants.)

And now she comes down the runnway in a red and black wool boulce jacket with the same adornments and little extra added to the runnway, many spirits surrounding her.

She tries desparately to bat them away and failing she gives up and the cameras snapps

And you have a dark photo and cant tell what she is wearing

I definetly need to take lessons from Anna in the self portraits class.

7. Anna, nsweezie, Lizzie, and Pauline, you all look adorable! ...and I'm loving the virtual runway, especially Deb's radio broadcast.

I cannot fit into much of anything vintage, these days, but...

Steph rolls the runway in her vintage-40s office chair, relaxedly revealing vintage-40s/50s black and shell-pink satin boudoir slippers--a striking statement with her blue and red plaid pajama pants. :P

Steph, that photo would be banned on ebay you disgusting floozie you !!!!!!
Pauline, I would scratch your eyes out to get that red jacket off you, it's gorgeous and looks FABAROONEY on you. I have a very similar one, same high neckline and little collar, in a dusky blue wool and I wear that with jeans, I love mixing vintage with denim. I bought a lovely fitted denim jacket from H&M yesterday which I plan to wear with little vintage floral cotton dresses this summer, I love the contrast of it.
I have a photo of it somewhere, I'll see if I can find it, but in the mean time I can add this one today can't I ???

Cute, Louise!

And I agree with you on R&K. Just an upper-middle line but the styling was usually very good . . . looked really cute on most girls.
Precious, that one with the polka-dot collar.

All of you - it's such fun to see you all in these shots.

Even if this particular challenge has an end date Leisa I think it should be an ongoing thread.:)
It's fun to see others in their vintage.
