We\'re OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

Yet another VFG Grand Opening!

.... and we've already had our FIRST SALE!

There's still a fair amount to be done - I still have to do some rearranging & fluff up the window displays. And I still have a LOT more merchandise to bring into the store. The walls look too bare! Eek!
We're also going to be painting the front of the building and added signage - plus hopefully the windows are being replaced and then we'll also do some lettering on the windows.

(sorry for the poor pics -- these were taken with bad lighting with my cell camera. Hopefully more pics are on their way!)

My baby sister in a fantastic 60's wool dress with amazing twisted beaded design - it fit her PERFECTLY! This is the sister who'll be manning the shop much of the time and probably doing most of the modeling for the trendy website we're creating (doing two separate sites - one trendy, one classic)

you got the windows right, that is key.....looking good....very happy for you!
 
Yikes - Just looked at the before pictures... As Mary Jane says - Congrats to you and DH for the tremendous transition. The lighting is great and your sister looks like she could really "rock" all the fashions. Is there signage outside? Where are you located anyway? (Sorry, just haven't a clue...) Is that you in the first photo?

Congrats, Kristine! I know this is a dream that has been a long time in coming, and here it finally is! Yeah for you! The shop looks beautiful!
 
Congrats!!!! It looks fantastic, love the windows and that lighting!!

I'm in the middle of remodeling my shop, the girls moved out of the upstairs yesterday (which does add some rent back into my overhead, boo) but I'm going to glam up my loft and make it a lingerie and bridal boutique...painting Monday! Seeing fresh pics of a shop inspires me!

That looks wonderful and i love the front windows! Looks like you have allot of room. Or maybe your is wider than mine and not as narrow. Anyway, it looks like success! Wishing you the best! Keep up the good work and congratulations!
