    Valentina; She designed the costumes for Philadelphia Story.
    This dress is at Museum of the City of NY and may have been from Valentina.
    Several years ago it had a Valentina exhibit. I have more photos from the exhibition; and I examined some of the designs, but not this one.
    I've never seen one for sale.
