Okay...okay...lets try this again!
HI Everyone!
My name is Matthew and this is my first post, well technically second. Haha! (See Above) Really Glad to have found this site and look forward to everyone's knowledge on here and hopefully I can share a little as well. A little about me: I've been selling vintage clothing as a hobby on and off for about five years now. Currently, I am about to launch a website (that will remain nameless at the moment since I am in the "friend" status) which I am really excited about. I can't wait to meet some of you on here! Since I am a guy I will be really needing help with ladies vintage clothing. So, soon I will be posting pics and asking questions to help myself learn and accurately describe some items.
Cheers!

Hi vintage foxes,

I've been here before, but that was quite some time ago and I don't remember introducing myself so here goes...
My name is Chanel and I live in the Netherlands. I have two beautiful boys and I run an online vintage shop by the name of Vinties.

Hi Everyone,

I'm newly registered here, but I've been reading your forums and using the label resource for awhile now. I've learned so much from all of you, and I'd like to say thank you. So, Thank You! ;)

Here's a little about me: I'm a writer (not published yet), a longtime sewist and I love to design and make clothing that I often sell. Many of the items I make have a retro-look. I also love searching for a bargain and kind of got into vintage by accident. Now, I am obsessed! I've expanded from focusing on the hippie looks I grew up with, to older pieces.

I look forward to 'meeting' all of you and sorting through the vast knowledge base you have here.

Sandy

Hello! I am Eileen. I am here upon the recommendation of my new favorite book, The Little Guide to Vintage Shopping by Melody Fortier.

I am on a quest to learn as much as I can about vintage and this seems like just the place. It's a pleasure to meet everyone!

I always been a thrift store and boutique junkie...living outside the mainstream fashions and finding my own way. In 2006 I discovered that one of my favorite places had a second floor. It was FULL of vintage frocks. Hats, gloves, groovy 60's patterns, rhinestone encrusted gowns, you get the picture. I came away with an armful. Tee hee! Oh boy do I miss living at home and having that disposable income.

I'm also a belly dancer in my spare time. So that's fun, too. :)
