Thanks Justine! My daughter (mrs preggy... :) ) came over for a visit at the shop one afternoon. I created a little white corner and set up the tripod. I shot pictures steadily and she wrote up the "tech sheets" for me. Was a super afternoon with my sweetie and ... we got a whole lot of...
Thanks Sue....
Life Recycler came to me about 3 yrs ago and I decided it better fit what I was doing. I discovered through the years that my business wasn't just about "dealing antiques" and calling myself and antiques dealer never really seemed to fit.
The process of moving goods and...

Both of these are on now... Both from the same estate and both from the late 1950s era.
The depth of the sculpting and tooling on these is wonderful!
Yee Haw!
Jonathan.... got an image question for you, if you don't mind sharing.
I can never get a good size shot of my garments. By the time I get far enough away to get the whole manniquin, the model becomes small in the image. (Have a Sony Mavica)
Do you have a wide angle type lense camera...
well .... that sure would be great cause I just don't seem to be 'hitting it" with early vintage these days!!
It is drawing decent hits..... so I'll remain hopeful.
While I'm finishing up on opening the new shopping cart in the website, I pulled this little treasure and have offered at a much reduced price! She's on auction now.....
1809 Ackerman\'s Repository
I've listed one on my small collection of matted (not framed) Ackerman's Repository fashion plates. This one is Morning Dress, dated 1809. It's an original ..not a copy.
Will be listing others (all early 1800s) but photo work isn't done yet.
